As you may have seen elsewhere on this site, Ilfracombe Community Land Trust (ICLT) is a community led group of local individuals. We welcome support from anyone who shares our vision, but people are also invited to take their support to the next level and become members of ICLT.
Members are able to help shape the future of ICLT, and attend and vote at Annual and Special General Meetings of the Trust. Members can also stand for election to the Management Board. Members become share holders in the Land Trust by buying a single Membership Share price £1. Full details of the responsibilities and rights of Members can be seen in the ICLT Membership Policy and The Rules of the Trust.
If you would like to apply for Membership, please complete this application form. Applications will be sent to the Membership Secretary. Once confirmed a payment of £1 will be requested and a membership share certificate sent to the applicant.
Please note that Ilfracombe Community Land Trust will follow a separate Lettings Policy when considering applicants for ICLT accommodation. Membership of the Society does not confer the member with any preferential advantage.
